Since 2011, we have been passionately dedicated to developing and producing custom-designed pens. What started as FRANK PEN has grown into Europe Pen GmbH — a well-established company in the promotional products industry. Our goal: to redefine the promotional market through simplicity. Production in Europe.
We are fully committed to keeping our ecological footprint as small as possible. That’s why all printing and engraving processes take place exclusively in Europe – efficiently, resource-consciously, and in compliance with high quality and environmental standards. With a total of six state-of-the-art finishing technologies – including pad printing, screen printing, digital printing, laser engraving, and other specialized methods – we are able to reliably and punctually handle a daily production volume of up to 90,000 prints and 70,000 engravings.
We currently stock over 3,000,000 customizable promotional items – ready for rapid finishing according to customer specifications. This well-designed and efficient infrastructure not only ensures short delivery times and high flexibility, but also makes a valuable contribution to sustainability in the promotional products industry.
Customer service across Europe.
Since 2023, we have been actively expanding our presence in the European market with a particular focus on Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands). In these regions, we are continuously gaining new, enthusiastic customers who appreciate not only our high-quality writing instruments but also our personal and reliable service.
But we’re not stopping there: Over the next three years, we will further expand our presence and offer our products and customer service in the Netherlands, France, Italy, and Belgium – naturally in the respective local languages and tailored to local requirements.
